My hip pain had completely gone after the class, and by doing a few of the exercises every morning after getting up, I’ve remained pain free. I’m amazed at the difference it’s making! Thank you!

I first started working with Helen when recovering from a fractured pelvis sustained when skiing. Helen used a holistic approach to my training, working with the advice given from my doctors and physiotherapist – so I really felt like I had a team behind me with a clear plan for my recovery. Our sessions were a blend of personal training, physio and Pilates. Helen also worked to support my well-being in a time of difficult and painful recovery, setting small achievable goals that I could meet and holding me to account when I had pushed myself too far. Now a year on from my accident, I still train with Helen and look forward to setting new goals for the future.

Helen has been coming to my home for a couple of months now. This was to help me with my balance and recovery after two fractured ribs. I am becoming stronger and more flexible and my balance is so much better now, allowing me to not to fall as easily. She is the perfect teacher for me and I look forward to our sessions each week.
