We may store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future. We may also collect your device’s IP address as part of the basic functioning of this website. We do this to allow the website to function properly and to collect anonymous information about how this website is used, through Google Analytics.

Personal Data Collected at the Time of Booking a Have Heart Pilates Class
A certain amount of personal data is collected by Have Heart Pilates for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your health and safety in the class. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.
All information gathered by Have Heart Pilates is treated as confidential and will only be accessible to myself, Helen Wynne, and will not be shared with a third party.
The Insurance Company requests that a record of our customer’s data and registrations are kept for seven years after your last class with us.
If you wish to alter any of your data, review how it is used or wish to request its return to you, please contact me on helen@haveheartpilates.co.uk or 07766080681.
You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Have Heart Pilates, in which case Have Heart Pilates may not be able to provide certain services to you.
How we use your Contact Information
When booking, you will be asked to sign a Contact and Medical Form. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Helen Wynne to inform you of class changes, service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.
You may, of course, decline to submit your email and phone number to Have Heart Pilates, which in some cases may mean that Have Heart Pilates is not be able to provide certain services to you.
Have Heart Pilates Mailing List
You have an option on the Contact and Medical Form, or through the website to opt into my mailing list. I use this to share any new classes, workshops or other events that happen at Have Heart Pilates. If you do opt in and wish in the future to change this preference then please email helen@haveheartpilates.co.uk or call 07766080681 and you will be removed from the list.
Phone Numbers
Your phone number is to be used to contact you about urgent class changes or to inform you if a waiting list place has become available. Have Heart Pilates will only do this if you have booked the class in question, or added yourself to the waiting list. If you do not wish to be contacted in this way, please inform Have Heart Pilates by emailing helen@haveheartpilates.co.uk or call 07766080681.
Emergency Contact Information
Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should I need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.
Notifying you of Changes to this Notice
If there is a change to Have Heart Pilates privacy notices or how your data is used I shall contact you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of the notice on our social media channels. I reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, and you may have opted out of certain means of notification as described in this Privacy Notice.
If at any time you feel that there is an issue with the way Have Heart Pilates handles your data then you can contact the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office).
Your Rights
Data Protection Law means that you have extensive rights regarding the collection, storage and use of your data.
Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) you have the following rights as an individual regarding your data:

Terms & Conditions
Before taking part in a Have Heart Pilates class or a 1-2-1 session a Client Contact and Medical Form and a Liability Waiver must be completed either online or in paper form.
You are fully aware that the participation in classes or 1-2-1 sessions involves risks and that you accept all the risks of participating.
You agree to declare all injuries, illness, pregnancy and medication being taken whilst filling out the Client Contact and Medical Form. If any of these change you agree to make Have Heart Pilates aware prior to the class or 1-2-1 session starting.
Have Heart Pilates cannot be held responsible for personal injury, illness or death that occurs during a class or 1-2-1 session.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in the appropriate physical and mental condition to participate in a class or 1-2-1 session.
When coming to Have Heart Pilates classes or 1-2-1 sessions you consent to having your photograph taken and being filmed from time to time. These may be used on social media or for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed please notify Have Heart Pilates either on 07766080681 or email helen@haveheartpilate.co.uk.
Classes and 1-2-1 sessions must be paid for in advance.
Classes are paid for in blocks of 6 to be used in 7 weeks. No refunds can be given for classes not attended within the 7 weeks.
I reserve the right to cancel a class or session but will endeavour to let you know about the cancellation as soon as possible. If a class or 1-2-1 is cancelled you will not be charged for that session.
